GENERAL INFORMATION

PRICES: All prices in this price list are subject to change without notice.

EXTRA CHARGE: An additional $75.00 will be added for cases requiring cleaning.

GUARANTEE: The merchandise and labor offered for sale in this price list are guaranteed to be exactly as represented. COMPETITION ENGINEERING will exchange, repair, or refund the purchase price of any article proved defective in material or workmanship, provided that it was not damaged by alteration, improper application, installation or neglect. COMPETITION ENGINEERING'S guarantee on any power or racing equipment shall be limited to replacing material or workmanship PRIOR TO INSTALLATION of such equipment. SHOP LABOR OR ANY OTHER COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS GUARANTEE. Please write for authorization to return the merchandise for satisfactory adjustment of defects. All returned merchandise must be sent prepaid. Unauthorized return shipments will be refused.

NOTE: The use of the name "Porsche" by COMPETITION ENGINEERING is for the purpose of description only and is not intended to imply any connection between COMPETITION ENGINEERING and the "Porsche" factory organization.

ORDERING INFORMATION

CREDIT CARDS: We accept "VISA" , "MASTERCARD" and "DISCOVER" on any sale. We must have your full name and address as carried on the account, full account number and expiration date.

SHIPPING ORDERS: The minimum order accepted for shipping is $10.00 plus shipping charges.

SALES TAX: All California residents without a valid resale permit on file at COMPETITION ENGINEERING must pay California sales tax. Our rate (Kern County .0725%), if you pick up parts, or your county rate if we ship to you. No exceptions.

FREIGHT: All sales are FREIGHT COLLECT regardless of method of sale or shipping. A service charge will be added for non-UPS shipments and for customs documents preparation.

CORE RETURNS: All cores must be sent in FREIGHT PREPAID. We will issue credit and/or our check after examining the cores and finding them usable. C.O.D. or freight collect core returns will be refused.
